Antonia is Head of Development and People Management at SummaPartners and has over ten years of experience in people management, management control, administration, and PMO. She leads the comprehensive talent and organizational development strategy at SummaPartners, covering talent attraction, development, and experience, organizational culture, internal administration, and cross-functional project management.

Before joining Summa, she served as Head of People Management and Management Control at Montblanc Consulting and, before that, in Commercial Management Control and Financial Advisory Services in Wealth Management at SURA.
