María Antonieta Pinto

María Antonieta is the Director of Human Resources at SummaPartners. She studied history and holds a diploma in Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, particularly in law. Her career combines talent and team development with expertise in finance, management control, and budget planning.

Before joining Summa, María Antonieta was Director of Human Resources at DLA Piper, where she led the creation and consolidation of the People department, supporting the firm’s growth and its integration with international teams. Her experience encompasses recruitment, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
