To ensure you are as prepared as possible for your interviews, we have created this guide to support you through every step of the process.
At SummaPartners, we believe that every recruitment process is also a learning experience. We want candidates who apply to our 2025-S2 Analyst recruitment process to undergo a demanding but, above all, formative experience —and for it to be an opportunity to demonstrate their full potential.
We know that many applicants successfully pass the first filter, but then don't spend enough time studying for the analytical test or come unprepared for the business cases. So, here, we are providing you with concrete tools to help you get to each stage confidently.
This is how the 2025-S2 recruitment process will be
To help you be well prepared, remember these key dates:
Applications: From July 1 to 31
Psychometric and analytical tests: July 30 - August 1
Interviews and business cases: From August 11 to August 29
Closure and feedback: September 1 to 5
Each stage will be an opportunity to demonstrate your analytical skills, your ability to structure ideas, and your business judgment.
How to be well-prepared for every stage
Psychometric and analytical tests
The problem-solving test is not impossible, but it does require preparation. Take it seriously:
Practice with GMAT-type problems and detect your weak areas
Simulate real-world conditions: One hour, no distractions, use a stopwatch
Familiarize yourself with interpreting data, graphs, and tables
Trust your process: It is more important to reason well than to memorize formulas

Interviews and business cases
The case does not seek a perfect answer; it seeks to understand how you think:
Structure a clear focus before you begin
Ask questions and think out loud: We want to see your reasoning
Use recognized sources to practice cases: Case in Point, HBS Case Guide, KCC Case Book, Caseinterview.com, and Wallstreetoasis.com (*)
Remember that what's important is to come up with a logical solution that makes business sense.
